Welcome!
A warm welcome to our world of dog grooming and a little information about us. Upon arriving at the salon, your dog will be welcomed in for a sniff around & a biscuit. We will have a consultation with any style requirements, coat care and anything else you think we might need to know about your dog. Every groom is individual to every dog, their coat type and condition, and also how you want your dog styled; to suit both your lifestyle and your dogs!
We use a hydrobath to wash your dog; this is a more effective way of washing your dog, making sure the shampoo/ conditioner/ treatments used can penetrate right down to the skin. This method can help to remove dry, dead skin cells. A hydrobath also provides a therapeutic water massage – this may be beneficial for blood circulation, relieving tired muscles and especially relaxing for your older dogs.
We offer a wide range of shampoos to suit your dogs individual coat type. They also enhance your dogs’ coat, from whitening & brightening, to conditioning & de-tangling. For sensitive pups a soap free, paraben free ultra gentle shampoo! Your dog will then be fluff-dried by hand in preparation for their styling. Your dog will then clipped or finished by hand scissoring. Ears will be cleaned & nails cut, then a finishing touch of ‘doggie perfume’ to keep your pup smelling fresh and sweet!
All our grooming sessions are undertaken on a one-to-one basis. Please contact us for a price guide as each breed varies. Your dogs appointment time is dependent on their coat condition, coat type, their temperament, and how long their groom takes to complete. Please note that any price given on an initial consultation is subject to increase.
